This ale has a subtle bite of wheat with a noticeable sweetness offset by a clean, highly tart finish. Traditionally this beer is served with a choice of Raspberry or Woodruff sryup, but the Baron Berliner Weisse has such a complex tartness that it can be enjoyed on its own.
All ingredients for the beer are imported from Germany. Brewed in accordance to the German Beer Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516.
