The Baron Hefe-Weisse is a traditional Southern German style wheat ale. Boasts a pleasing, full aroma of nutmeg, spice, and subtle banana. Full-bodied mouthfeel with flavors of wheat, spice and fruit. Finishes slightly tart with malt, subtle fruit and a rounded out sweetness.

All ingredients for the beer are imported from Germany. Brewed in accordance to the German Beer Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516.
